Accreditation Activities
The MET program has joined the Faculty of Engineering in working very hard to seek accreditation by NAQAA. The efforts made by the MET program included:

Assigning a committee from MET program to work with the faculty main team.

Building a sound Program Specification for MET program.

Continuous review and update of the course specifications.

Documenting all data and events and creating a robust filing system.

Optimizing all resources to develop staff, equipment and laboratories.

Holding meetings and internal discussions to disseminate ideas of quality in education.

The committee staff members contributed heavily in developing the Institutional Self Study Report.

Improving the educational venue and working environment for students, faculty and staff.

Improving the quality of education, through introducing a variety of teaching, learning and assessment activities in different courses.

Encouraging staff to use services and e-learning system.
-
Developing the human resources in the program and employing them to serve the stakeholders and the project.
-
Developing the necessary tools and facilities to apply for the accreditation.
